INTERNET
The Internet is a top priority for UMH. The group is now #1 in Ukraine with 47% of the audience and 29% of the advertising market. By audience reach, UMH is among the top-5 operating in Ukraine, including international corporations such as Google, Mail.ru and Yandex. More
BUSINESS IN RUSSIA
UMH entered the Russian market in 2003. One year later celebrity magazine Telenedelya was launched in Russia. In just a few years, UMH has built one of the most extensive regional networks that now reaches 30 cities. UMH has regularly been recognized by industry observers as one of the most dynamic players. RADIO
UMH manages five networks (Autoradio, Retro FM, Nashe radio, Europa Plus, Radio Alla) and three local radio stations (NRJ, Dinamo and Jam-FM). Ten years after starting its first radio station, UMH became the leader on the Ukrainian market, with a weekly audience of 5.5 million people. The group’s market share of the audience was 31.9% and of advertising 35%.More

The part of UMH group is Menu-TV - the first informative and entertainment cooking channel in Ukraine. It is targeted at working women, young mothersand housewives. It was #1 in conversion of this audience among all Ukrainian TV channels.More

UMH has become the leader on the Ukrainian press market over the last decade. Its first project was launched in 1994. Since then, UMH has been actively increasing its market share and developing its brand portfolio. Today UMH is presented in nine market segments, and is a leader in half of those by audience coverage and advertising revenues: business, society, information, TV and celebrities, and sports. More
RETAIL
UMH has been an owner of the Tvoya Pressa retail chain since 2006. It is currently the largest national retail chain for print media and related product sales in Ukraine. The chain has over 860 stores in 10 regions: Kyiv and Kyiv region, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Luhansk, Zaporizhya, Chernivtsi and Mykolaiv. Tvoya Pressa covers around 12% of the print media retail market by number of stores. More
